I was delighted to stay in the new wing of the hotel, which is at ground level across a courtyard with a pretty garden. The rooms offer great views of the garden with quite traditional decor. The service was attentive and unforced, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a welcome drink. The location, nestled in gardens on the outskirts of Baslow, was a tranquil oasis. The dining experience, especially for vegetarians, was a bank holiday treat. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious experience overall.
The hotel is set in a beautifully serene location surrounded by rolling hills and gardens, offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms boast magnificent garden views, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting for relaxation. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the Wi-Fi was not included, requiring an additional fee.
